At HEC Horse Education Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equestrian fashion purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are free of horse hair or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our stable team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
